Run Group Monday
All abilities and ages welcome!
Start Time: 6:30 PM from our Mid City Store (4153 Canal Street)
Distance: We have official courses set up for 3 & 5 miles. If you want to go another distance let us know and we can let you know where those are too.
Description: This is our OG run group and probably our largest group, attracting about 35+ runners consistently. If you are a walker this is probably the best group for you to attend. The loop runs around City Park and finishes back at our Mid City store - where our tap wall flows with the latest Urban South deliciousness.
